These Terms Regulate the Sale of Original Artworks, Certified Reproductions and Handcrafted Jewellery by Galerie Roz In Winter.

Artworks and Jewellery Are Sold by GALERIE ROZ IN WINTER, a Simplified Joint-Stock Company with Single Shareholder with Share Capital of €1,000, With Registered Office at 61 Grande Rue, 77630 Barbizon, Registered at the Melun Trade and Companies Register under Number 905 243 549. Prices

Prices Are Stated in Euros (EUR) Including All Taxes. The Gallery Reserves the Right to Modify Its Prices at Any Time.

Payment

Secure Payment by Card Via Stripe. Payment Occurs at the Time of Order. An Invoice Is Sent by Email After Validation.

Delivery

Artworks Are Shipped Within 5 to 10 Working Days After Payment Is Received. Shipping Costs Are Calculated According to Weight and Destination. For Large Artworks, a Specialised Logistics Provider May Be Appointed.

Right of Withdrawal

In Accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, You Have 14 Days from Receipt to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal, Except for Bespoke Artworks.

Claims

Any Complaint Must Be Submitted to artistesrozinwinter@gmail.com Within 7 Days of Receipt. Artworks Damaged During Shipping Must Be Reported to the Logistics Provider Immediately.

Consumer Mediation

In Accordance With Articles L612-1 et seq of the Consumer Code, Any Consumer Has the Right to Resort Free of Charge to a Consumer Mediator in Order to Resolve Amicably Any Dispute Between the Consumer and the Gallery, After Having Previously Attempted to Resolve It by Written Complaint. The Consumer May Also Resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, Accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Details of the Competent Mediator for the Gallery Will Be Communicated on This Page Shortly.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale Are Subject to French Law. In the Event of a Dispute and Failing Amicable Resolution or Mediation, French Courts Have Exclusive Jurisdiction.
