Gui PETRA is a professional painter artist passionate about exploring multiple styles and artistic techniques. Her work extends across different registers, ranging from abstraction to figuration, through experimentations with colour, light and texture. This diversity in her approach reflects her relentless quest for new means of expression and her desire to capture the invisible, emotion and the present moment. Trained at the National School of Fine Arts in Sofia (Bulgaria), the artist draws inspiration from her personal experiences, elements of nature, architecture, as well as diverse cultural influences. Each work by Gui PETRA is an invitation to rediscover the world through another prism, to play with forms and to question the boundaries between reality and imagination.
